The Qualitative Leadership Assessment focuses on individual leaders, typically at the C level or the next level down. Using a structured interview process, we meet individually with those who work most closely with the leader to gain their experience of the leader’s strengths and blind spots, while also offering suggestions for areas most critical for the leader to focus on in the near future. This assessment is often used in combination with the Leadership Circle Profile results to help the leader gain greater insight into the quantitative assessment results, and to further inform immediate development needs.

The Qualitative Team Assessment is designed to inform intact leadership teams about their collective effectiveness. Using structured interviews with team members and selected constituents, the findings summarize key points on which the team is already aligned, as well as areas where tension or disagreement pose a challenge. This assessment aids teams in identify development opportunities and critical areas in need of attention to improve strategy, performance and culture.
The Leadership Culture survey can focus on the entire organization, or a single leadership team. The survey measures how people view the current leadership culture, and also measures how they would characterize the optimal culture. The findings reveal a gap between the current and desired culture that reveals key opportunities for leadership development.
This survey taps into organizational perceptions about the outcomes of specific key leadership processes and how effectively those processes are being executed.
