As we are a growing global company, we are looking for Associates who embody the competence and consciousness, which we seek to foster in our clients. They form a group committed to bringing great talent to bear on the great needs of clients across the globe.
Full Circle Group is in a strategic alliance with The Leadership Circle. Much of our methodology has The Leadership Circle framework at the core. Therefore those interested in becoming associated with Full Circle Group should be certified in The Leadership Circle Profile and related assessments. Certification in the curriculum of additional TLC offerings is also of critical importance for those who become Associates.
Associates are not all employed as Consultants or Partners in Full Circle Group, though there is the potential for such. We begin in an Associate relationship in which we collaborate on client and/or developmental projects. The relationship is symbiotic: Full Circle Group benefits from increased capability and the infusion of new wisdom; Associates benefit by significantly deepening and expanding their practices.
