Process

The Leader to Leader™ journey begins with an initial assessment of each leader and an introductory workshop.  Following this, the group meets for facilitated half day sessions 4-6 weeks apart.  Each Leader to Leader™ session presents a new content area, with a specific focus tailored to the developmental needs of the group.
