Our Qualitative Team Assessment provides a baseline of leadership team effectiveness, while identifying and prioritizing issues for the team to address.  Based on structured interviews with an executive team and selected constituents, the findings summarize key points on which the team is already aligned, as well as areas where tension or disagreement pose a challenge, development opportunities, and critical areas in need of attention.  Because executive team dynamics are deeply intertwined with the work of leading the organization, the assessment findings often call out specific issues around strategy, performance and culture that come forward in the interviews.

We review the assessment findings with the leadership team in a facilitated session.  In this session, the team collaboratively determines next steps to increase team effectiveness and improve business results.
