Dr Pauline Lee
Senior Leadership Consultant
Pauline Lee focuses on assisting senior leaders to develop change strategies that produce extraordinary business outcomes and transform organisational mindset and culture. Pauline has expansive coaching experience with over 3,000 hours at the Executive Level, working with CEOs, MDs, and Senior Executives. Her range of clients range from Healthcare, pharmaceutical, professional services, manufacturing state and federal government.
Prior to her consulting role, Pauline held managerial positions within the Department of Treasury and Finance, and Management Consulting role at Hay Group. She also has held visiting lecturer positions, teaching Organisational Psychology, at the University of Melbourne and University College Dublin, and has published on teams and leadership in peer reviewed journals.
Pauline brings a warm exterior that comes with a sharp intellect and desire to ‘hold the mirror’ for the client so they get to make conscious choices about the outcomes they are seeking. Utilising a wealth of knowledge gained from Leadership Circle, Immunity to Change, and the Change Leaders’ Roadmap, Pauline works with individual leaders, teams and organisations to promote change leadership and breakthrough capability.
Over the past 15 years, she has been consulting to organisations such as Department of Defense, Department of Health, GM Holden, Shell, Novartis, Department of Treasury and Finance (Victoria), Department of Immigration and Border Protection, South East Water, JAS-ANZ and Clarendon Lawyers, amongst others.
Pauline holds a Doctorate of Organisational Psychology (University of Melbourne), a Master of Social and Organisational Psychology (University College Dublin), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Queen’s University Belfast), is certified in the full Leadership Circle suite, an Accredited Organisational Coach, Level Three (IECL) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) (International Coach Federation).
She is married with two daughters based in Melbourne.
