Padraig’s reputation as a leading international business coach has been established with over 12 years leadership and coaching experience encompassing Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He is labelled “one of Asia’s top leadership experts” and is author of the series of International books “Foreigner In Charge: Success strategies for expat leaders”. Along with expatriates he works with CEOs, Managing Directors, Regional Heads and High Performing Leadership Teams.

Padraig holds a Masters in Psychology of Coaching (Applied Science, University of Sydney), an MBA (University of New England), Diploma Health Science, is an Accredited Team Coach, mentor with Thought Leaders Global, is certified in the full Leadership Circle suite, Genos Emotional Intelligence (MBTI), Hogan’s Leadership suite, Choices 360 degree tool, Baron EQi, Human Synergistics suite and Lominger competency models.

He is married with five children and a dog called Max. His passions include a love of all things U2, attending live gigs, completing triathlons, collecting wine and the South Sydney Rabbitoh’s.
